Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who we are

garywebster.co.uk is operated by SnapDragon Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, publishing the British Driver’s Bundle on behalf of the author, Gary Webster. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

Order data: your email address, order identifier, amount and download activity, kept so we can deliver your PDFs and re-issue download links.
Payment data: checkout is handled by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details, Polar’s own privacy policy applies at checkout.
Technical data: minimal server logs (including a one-way hashed form of your IP address for the free chapter download counter) required to operate the site.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. The free chapter download needs no email address.

4. Why we process it

To deliver the ebooks you bought, to provide receipts and re-downloads, to keep the site secure, and to comply with tax and legal obligations (Polar.sh, as merchant of record, handles VAT/sales tax and retains transaction records).

5. Retention and your rights

Order records are kept while the download service is offered. You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing the address above. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have statutory rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may complain to your local supervisory authority.

6. Security

Downloads are served through single-use-limited links, the site is served over HTTPS, and production access is restricted.
